Terms

Orders and minimums. Minimum order is 500 units. Pricing is quoted per job and depends on product, size, finish and quantity.

Artwork. Artwork is included free with every order. A proof is supplied for approval before print. It is the customer's responsibility to check the proof; we do not refund or reprint for errors approved at proof stage. Where the error is ours, we reprint at no charge.

Payment. Nothing is payable until artwork is approved. Magnet orders are then invoiced as a 40% deposit and a 60% balance payable prior to delivery. Printing orders are payable in full prior to print. Card payments incur a 1.7% surcharge (Visa/MasterCard).

Production and delivery. Unwrapped magnet orders dispatch in 7 to 10 days from artwork approval; individually wrapped products take 7 to 8 weeks. Delivery is free on magnet orders and charged on printing orders. Pick-ups are not available.

Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled any time before artwork approval and deposit payment. Where a proof has already been prepared, a $50 artwork charge applies.
