Our design team contacts you within 24 hours to get your artwork underway. Once you approve the artwork, pay your invoice and we send your order to print.

Unwrapped magnet orders dispatch in 7 to 10 days from artwork approval. Individually wrapped products take 7 to 8 weeks.

Artwork is free of charge and included with every order.

Yes. We always send a proof to approve before anything goes to print.

A print-ready PDF is best, but we accept most file types. Include 3mm bleed on all edges.

A photo downloaded from the internet generally will not have high enough resolution. If in doubt, send it to us and we will let you know.

No. You pay nothing until you are happy with the design. Once approved we ask for a 40% deposit on magnet orders, with the balance before delivery.

Yes. Magnet orders generally receive two invoices — one for the 40% deposit and one for the 60% balance payable prior to delivery.

A 1.7% processing surcharge applies to Visa and MasterCard. We do not recommend Amex, which incurs a larger 3.5% fee.

Delivery is free on all magnet orders. A small fee applies to printing products.

Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane 1–2 working days. Adelaide and country NSW/VIC 2–3 days. Perth, Tasmania, Darwin and country QLD/SA 4–5 working days. Country WA/NT around 7 working days.

Unfortunately our warehouse cannot accept pick-up orders. Express courier is the only delivery method available.

Yes, at any time until artwork has been approved and the deposit paid. If we have already prepared a proof, a $50 artwork charge applies.

It is your responsibility to check the design before approving it for print. If we have made the error, we reprint at no charge.
